2. Ceylon Cinnamon

Take the time to look into Ceylon cinnamon when you want to appreciate flavor and amazing health benefits. This is one of the more common forms of cinnamon that people appreciate for its flavor and characteristics.

People know this as “true cinnamon”, because it is raw and healthy, and differ from some artificial types of cinnamon you will find that don’t carry the same health benefits.

3. Saigon Cinnamon

With Saigon cinnamon, you will appreciate a type that has more bite in it than others. It has a stronger smell than you will find with other cinnamon, and also is versatile and found in plentiful supply all over the world.

It has more spice than other forms of cinnamon, which is something to consider when you’re using it for different recipes.

4. Cassia Cinnamon

Finally, cassia cinnamon is a type native to China. It is very aromatic and is better used for its spiciness, as opposed to adding variety to sweet foods.

It comes in the form of cinnamon sticks or powder so that you can control how much you dole out in your recipes.
